Member of Steering Group on Eastbourne Food Partnership, Director of Plastic Free Eastbourne, Fellow of RSA. Andy has an interest in facilitating deep cross-community collaboration on climate action through the use of best practice social technology, supported by appropriate digital creative tech platforms.

Will Callaghan

Project management & delivery, digital strategy, community engagement

Will has worked in the digital industry for almost 20 years developing product and services for the public, private and third sectors. Past clients include Time Warner, Haymarket and three UK Government Departments. He worked for the UK Government Digital Service, and was instrumental in the shift of departments and agencies to GOV.UK. More recently, he has led digital transition work at Adur & Worthing Council, Brighton City Council and the London Borough of Croydon. As part of the Croydon work, he won two significant central government grants to pioneer code sharing between councils, saving the public sector significant time and money.  He is actively engaged in the local community, founding and running Eastbourne Can for several years. He continues to be a director of TechResort, which is working to make the town a great home for digital, tech and creative people. Will is a qualified Scrum Master and Scrum Product Owner, and has a degree in Architecture. He uses Good Energy, recycles everything and doesn’t own a car. 

Roxana Caporicci

Environmental Accreditation in business, corporate engagement, Workplace Group, Carbon Capture Group

A senior manager in a digital on demand business Roxana pioneered and implemented ISO14001 for her company, and Forest Stewardship Council (FSC) registration, and is responsible for maintaining both in a dynamic and competitive market. She is now advising the company at group level regarding the certification of other locations in response to demand from their clients. Roxana is a long standing member of Eastbourne & District Friends of the Earth, and an active member of their Tree Group.
